After a break that lasted for nearly two months, American football teams from Serbia and Slovenia will once again occupy football and rugby fields throughout these two countries as play resumes in SELAF. The first game is scheduled for the 13th of August in Kragujevac, when the Wild Boars meet the Legionaries

A team that surprised many during the first part of the SELAF season, the Novi Sad Dukes, is in the middle of training for the second part of league play which is set to start on the 13th of August. The season continues for the Dukes on August the 20th when this team will be hosting the Kragujevac Wild Boars

On Gabriel Dielacher invitation, the Belgrade Vukovi`s three - team president Goran Nišavić, coach Igor Hofman and quarterback Andrej Tasić, also with Robert Haas, had the opportunity to attend the 20th Eurobowl final game. The match was played between the Vienna Dodge Vikings and the Flash de la Courneuve from Paris, and the game ending with a convincing 41-9 win by the Vikings

The Belgrade`s Vukovi are one of the better teams in the region at the moment. Beside ending the previous two seasons it the top two places of Serbia`s competitions, before finishing the first part of the SELAF season in first place, they are also considered to be one of the better organized teams. A lot of credit for that goes to Goran Nišavić, the Vukovi`s president and a member of SELAF`s Governing Body

Austrian teams have once again underlined their leading position in European American Football. Subsequent to the early elimination of their German opponents Berlin, Stuttgart, Braunschweig, Hamburg etc. Austrian teams managed to reach the final games in the European Football League (EFL) and the EFAF-tournament as well
