Ljubljana stays near the top

The Ljubljana Silverhawks played the Novi Sad Dukes in their fourth game this year, and won for the first time as the home side. Both teams played good on defense, obvious by the final score of 9-7 for the Silverhawks. The Dukes had a chance to win two seconds before the end, but Vladislav Petković`s field goal attempt from 30 yards was unsuccessful

The Wild Boars hold firm and defeat Vukovi

In the biggest derby played so far in the season, the Wild Boars defeated the Belgrade Vukovi at home 20-14. In front of about a thousand spectators at “Čika Dača” stadium, the Wild Boars survived a bad first half and in the second showed a lot more, and also a lot more than their opponent winning the match deservingly

Blagojević: Vukovi can win this year

Two games into the season, Vukovi now have a great new player. The player in question is Miloš Blagojević, 150 kilograms heavy offensive lineman, who had his debut against Sremska Mitrovica and who will play the next few games in Belgrade jersey. Born in the USA, his parents originating from Serbia, he is currently studying journalism at San Diego State, where he is no longer playing football
